Distance Education places different demands on students than traditionally offered courses. Research has shown that certain kinds of students tend to succeed and certain kinds of students have difficulty in online courses. The following survey can help you decide if a distance education course is a good fit for you. Answer the survey as honestly as possible. A "poor" score will not affect your ability to take this course.

b. Moderate - I have to take this course sooner or later.
c. Low - I don't need to take this course for my degree.

a. Often gets things done ahead of time.

c. Puts things off until the last minute or doesn't complete
3. Classroom discussion is:
a. Not very helpful to me.
